Our experience of Dan was fantastic, and we already have him quoting us for more work.
We made three repairs to our property, installing a new motion sensitive porch light, installing an upgraded outside light in our shed and installing a new master bedroom light we 'd already bought.
His work was always incredibly neat and tidy, all areas left neat and tidy after the work, and a full explanation of the work carried out was given. In a few instances he even removed the existing wiring because it wasn't well done and re-worked it because that was the correct approach even if it cost him more time.
He was incredibly personable and approachable over the two days he was with us, always explaining what he was doing and why, and giving us examples where required.
We're very happy we found Dan and will always use him in future for any electrical work we need.

Dan has worked at my house and another property I have. He is punctual, polite and all the work has been completed to a very high standard. Communication is excellent - Dan returns calls promptly, sends messages to confirm appointments and follows up after the job to make sure everything is satisfactory. This is important to me as it's annoying when people don't call back - but Dan always rings and arrives for appointments when he says he will. I am happy to recommend Howarth Electrical to everyone and I will definitely use their services again. 10/10

What a fantastic company!.
Had an electrical issue with my Siemens combination oven / microwave.
Spoke to Howarth’s and they arranged to visit my home to carry out electrical fault testing on the same day.
They turned up on time and carried out numerous tests to locate and sort out the fault.
The very nice contractor ensured that everything was left as found, neat and tidy.
The price the charges was as originally quoted.
Best electrical contractors I’ve ever dealt with.

Was having trouble with plug sockets tripping and running a business and small children at home, Danny couldn’t reach me but helped via phone to help me locate and get the power back on and working. Danny went above and beyond guiding me through and being patient as I have no knowledge in electricals. Danny didn’t have to help me but did even though his time is limited and had a busy day. Thank you 🙏🏻 will definitely use again!

We contacted Dan due to problems with our electrical consumer unit which was frequently tripping. Dan came out immediately. He soon identified the problem and repaired it for us. The following day Dan carried out a full inspection on all our electrics which was really useful, as it showed us potential risks and also what was working well. Dan talked us through it in an easy to understand way. We appreciated his honesty and his friendly manner and at no point did he apply any pressure for us to get further work done, although he did point out any faults which would need quicker attention than others. His price was really reasonable and we have been so impressed, we have also asked him to take on another, larger job. Again, he has taken the time to visit us and to listen to what we need, offering advice on where we can cut costs safely. He has provided us with a reasonable quote and a date when he can start the work and we know that he will do a great job.
